SAVORHILL (山也) is an artisan bakery and freshly-brewed tea & coffee shop in Richmond, BC. The brand started in October 2022, selling its meat-floss cakes online as Biguri Cakes; the Alexandra Road shop opened in January 2026. Think hand-made bakery — our signature 贝贝 meat-floss cakes, 雪域奶贝 snowy cream cups and the tiger mochi floss roll — alongside fresh matcha, coconut drinks and slow-brewed coffee. Our 贝贝 (肉松蛋糕) is a cloud-soft cake rolled in savoury chicken floss, baked fresh daily. The Signature Chicken Floss series has ten flavours at $5.99 each — nori seaweed, crab, salted egg yolk, original, lemon yogurt, oreo chocolate, black truffle, walnut, spicy and mango. The Fruit Beibei series adds strawberry $5.99 and matcha $8.99. The floss is made with 100% chicken, so no 贝贝 contains pork.
Matcha, coconut drinks and slow-brewed coffee — no boba. We don't serve classic bubble tea with tapioca pearls. Iced americano $5.59; latte, coconut latte, oat milk latte, sparkling americano, sparkling plum americano, coconut americano and orange americano $6.99; matcha latte, matcha coconut water, strawberry matcha milk, pistachio oat latte, salted caramel latte and the SAVORHILL matcha frappe $8.99; sparkling drinks (pineapple, blackcurrant, plum) $5.99. All made fresh and poured over ice.

雪域奶贝 (Snowy Cream) are chilled cream cups: vanilla $8.99, strawberry $9.99 and tiramisu $9.99. 虎皮麻糬松松卷 (Tiger Mochi Floss Roll) is a tiger-skin roll with soft, hand-cooked milk mochi at $13.50 — soft, light desserts that are just sweet enough.
